Frequently asked questions

You earn 1 stamp for every scoop of ice cream purchased.

After payment, simply present your FreakyCones Loyalty Card from your Apple Wallet or Android Wallet at the counter.

We’ll scan your e-card and your stamp will appear shortly.

Here’s how it works:

  • 3 Stamps → Enjoy 10% OFF your next visit
  • 5 Stamps → Get 1 FREE scoop on your next visit
  • 8 Stamps → Enjoy 20% OFF on your next visit
  • 10 Stamps → Receive a FREE waffle on your next visit

Rewards cannot be redeemed on the same visit on which they are earned. You may redeem them on any future visit.

Unclaimed rewards won’t be shown directly on your loyalty card. Just show your FreakyCones Loyalty Card to our counter staff, and we’ll scan it to check and confirm any rewards you have waiting.

Once you have your FreakyCones Loyalty Card, you can start collecting stamps right away.

Once all 10 stamps have been redeemed, your Loyalty Card will auto-renew, and you can immediately start collecting stamps again.

Terms & Conditions

1 stamp is awarded per scoop of non-promotional ice cream purchased.

Stamps are issued after payment upon presenting a valid FreakyCones Loyalty Card via Apple Wallet or Android Wallet.

Loyalty stamps cannot be transferred, shared, or combined across different cards or customers.

Rewards are redeemable only on your next visit after reaching the required number of stamps.

Rewards cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, or vouchers, unless otherwise stated.

Free scoops and waffles are standard items and may exclude premium or limited-time flavours.

Lost, deleted, or damaged digital loyalty cards cannot be restored.

Loyalty rewards have no cash value and are not exchangeable for cash.

FreakyCones reserves the right to refuse issuance or redemption of stamps in cases of suspected misuse or abuse.

Once all 10 stamps are redeemed, the Loyalty Card will auto-renew, allowing continued stamp collection.

After completing 10 full loyalty cards, the card will be upgraded to a VIP Rewards Card with permanent privileges, subject to FreakyCones’ discretion.

FreakyCones reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the loyalty program, rewards, or T&Cs at any time without prior notice.
